This sixty (60) unit complex consist of one and two-bedroom single story apartments some of which are furnished with washer and dryer. City water/sewer utilities and Tahlequah Cable TV are included.

Apartment Pricing

One-bedroom units are $450 per month with a $300 deposit. Two-bedroom units are $525 per month with a $350 deposit.

All units require a one-year lease agreement and those with stacked washer and dryers are an additional $25 per month.

Pet deposits are $500 and non-refundable with a one pet limit of no more than 20 pounds (approved breeds only).

Davis Retirement Apartments in Tahlequah offers six (6) duplex apartments located adjacent to the primary complex. These modern two-bedroom apartments offer the same amenities as Davis Retirement Apartments but are more spacious and meet the demands of those who wish to upgrade to a larger living and independent lifestyle.
